Steak 'n Shake

For over 5 years my son enjoyed Steak and Shake. Have a taste for something. We ride to go get it. The frisco melt captivated my son. He enjoys the fresh drinks. And the ice cold ice cream shakes. Fast service. Amazing workers. And if we're not in a hurry we go inside and it's very clean. Thank you for your services

The best way to describe this location would be, a clear cut above the fast food experience. And it really is. It's a hamburger and shake place there is no escaping this. But the food is well prepared on a clean grill, the service is polite and efficient and the restaurant is very well maintained. Such as the ordering kiosks that are clearly interfaced and also work well. The hamburgers actually smell like hamburgers and they use ice cream in the shakes not powdered batter. I didn't do anything with the online app or the drive thru but I can't imagine both not being effective as the restaurant itself. Lastly, is a word about customer service which I think is very important. While I was there a customer returned with a hamburger that had the incorrect specifications, namely onions. They didn't waste any time with explanations or excuses they just fixed the situation and they were ever professional in their execution both the manager and the grill person. They just did it!!! Is this place just the awesome or what! 🍔🥩🥤

I hadn't been to a Steak N Shake since before COVID. The indoor dining had been closed for that whole time. When I walked in, I noticed immediately things were different. No longer were there servers, but it has sadly become just another fast food place, just more fancy. You order on kiosks now. And you get your own drinks from a soda machine. And you seat yourself. They took away the whole classic restaurant experience. It breaks my heart as a long time patron. The staff here were very helpful. My burger and fries were perfect. I ordered a kids grilled cheese to go for my daughter. While I am sad to see the servers gone, I still enjoy the food here.

During this covid 19 time they have completely closed the seating area inside. The drive through, curbside and app orders are in full effect. Your order is prepared when you order so it comes to you hot and fresh. Would have given 5 stars but my order was a little wrong. Not sure if it was the speaker or the person themselves that didn't get my order 100%. Spoke with management and she made it RIGHT. Just had to wait that extra time.
