Firehouse Subs

Despite me leaving a 5 star review, I had the worst experiences ever at this location. I honestly have never left a negative review before. This is my first time ever leaving a company a negative review. I’m a business owner myself and my goal is to at least give this location a chance to redeem themselves without it negatively affecting their business or reviews. Last Sunday, December 10th, I placed an online order at 12:36 pm. I had an appointment at 1:30 so I wanted to give myself more than enough time to get to my appointment. I arrived at the store at 12:50, got out my car, walked to the door, and there was a sign on the door stating due to low staff all orders must be picked up in the driveway thru. I get back in my car and there are truly 14 cars in line in front of me. The first car got out their car and said they had been waiting 40 minutes at the window for someone to give them their order. I only had 30 minutes to get to my appointment and there were 14 cars ahead of me. The whole point of me placing an online order was to get in and out. I tried waiting as long as possible. After waiting what seemed like forever, I had to leave. I never received my order and could not even go inside to speak to someone. I called corporate last week hoping they would help me, and to this day, nothing has happened to restore my faith as a customer in this situation. I am truly a supporter of Firehouse Subs and have been for years. All I’m asking is for someone to right this wrong. That’s all. Again, I was very intentional not to leave a 1-star review. I understand ratings are extremely important to businesses. Can someone please assist me in this matter?

This is my favorite place to go for lunch! They are so fast and the food is always hot and amazing! The guy Matt in the drive thru window is the BEST, he always knows what I'm getting soon as he knows it's me! Strongly recommend this spot for lunch especially if your pushing for time and need quick service and good food!

I stopped coming here for months bc of drive thru issues!! Glad i drove thru today! Whoever managing the store, pats on back bc the employee who handed me my order made the best meatball sub i ever had! N ive been with firehouse for over an decade! Definitely made my day …Thank you 🙏 … datil hot pepper sauce comes package was an great idea!! I will be coming here more often than before! TYVM
