Mcdonald's

I stopped here to grab a quick dinner after finishing shopping on 11/18/22. Between the long lines, countless Doordash orders flooding in, and the backed up line stretching out the door I soon realized there would be nothing quick about stopping here. Needless to say my only complaint is them being understaffed, I waited 45 mins for my food but that was due to lack of man power not because of the staff. Through all of that, the plus impatient customers in the lobby, i think the manager handled the situation well. He took the whole thing in stride, putting out one fire after the next, maintaining his cool and keeping the whole place moving as fast as the situation would allow. Even though you could tell just how much stress the dinner rush was putting on him, he never missed beat and continued to keep orders flowing out the door.

I typically have a really interesting experience at this McDonald’s, but tonight was different. I had a very unusual request, and Chris Lauderdale was able to make that happen. On a night like tonight, I needed that very strange win, and he gave me a tiny pick-me-up of a conversation while I waited in line. Thanks Mr. Lauderdale for not letting me drive away tonight. Five stars ⭐️

Wow, seems like the staff had an overhaul just like the building! Inside was very clean and the staff was incredibly polite. Have had some poor experiences here but was really impressed this time! Only negative, it was about 6:30pm and I really wanted a sausage mcmuffin and was told they stop serving breakfast at 4:00pm but they still had it up on their $2 menu. I thought breakfast was 24hrs.
