The Healthy Bagel Company

I have been here a few times and they are very consistent in their quality and that is very important to me if the food is good and as always it was great, I had what I almost always get which is a garlic bagel with lox, lettuce, and onion. Now at other places I get nova which is the non salted version of lox(lox is smoked salmon) but they only carry lox here, but it is not a super salty version so I like it a lot, the lettuce was nice and crisp and so was the onion which means they only use fresh and not something that was cut and left in the fridge overnight and little things like that make the difference, the bagel itself was wonderful, it was nice and toasty as well as crisp on the outside and nice & soft on the inside which is just the way a fresh bagel should taste and it had plenty of toasted garlic in it to enhance its flavor. I definitely give it 5 out of 5 stars. I definitely will be returning since as I said earlier the quality is always exactly what you got last time.
