Steak 'n Shake

I was surprised this location was so quiet as the service and food was exactly as expected. Now things have changed since last I remember, I don’t think I have done the kiosk. But it was quick and easy, the only problem this leaves is there is no one to assist in the dining area. But at this location I had no problem asking or waving someone down from the back. They were very friendly and quick to get you whatever you needed. The store was clean and everything looked well maintained. I got the cup chili with extra cheese and onions and they did a good job loading it up, I enjoyed the taste. My sister got a triple cheeseburger with fries, she said a bit ago they changed the size of their patties but the taste was there. I also liked the look of her fries so much I stole a few and was very happy with my fry thievery. I would definitely come back, maybe even this trip for more chili!

Great prices and delicious food. I love their shakes. I would have said this definitely two years ago. But today my daughter and my son-in-law and myself went here looking for the same service and good food that I remember two years ago. I realize our restaurants are short-staffed. And I feel bad for those having to cover for people that don't want to work. But this place needs help! The overall cleanliness of this place is needing some attention right away! The windows are dirty the floors are dirty tables are not cleaned and it took us an hour to get our order. The receipts that were printing out from the kiosk where you make your order wasn't even printing anything on the tape. I literally almost got up to find a broom and a dustpan and a rag to start cleaning the dining area. I really do pray that things get back to more normal and I can experience the wonderful dining I had experienced two years ago.
