Firehouse Subs

Lmao… Responding to “Tha Boss’s “ comment 5 comments down… No one is required to say happy birthday to you. Nicca!, What you want a cookie? What are you? Like 5 years old or something?😂😂😅😅… You’re a grown boy Damon! No one has to acknowledge your bday… Just be happy you were blessed to see another year… But I will say that I don’t know if it’s just the airport location, but the prices are a little higher than other locations. I was charged almost 17 for just a sub. No combo or anything extra. Just the sub. I could have just went across to 5 Guys for that price…

Their subs are so tasty! My favorite is the turkey, bacon, ranch. The bread is really what ties it all together and separates Firehouse from the other sub shops. I’m not a big a fan of their app, it can be a bit glitchy, but the service is always wonderful. The parking lot at this location can be a bit sketchy though, it’s very tight and very busy.

I normally stop at another location near my house on the other side of town, but, I was really hungry the other night and stopped here..and I'm so glad I did!! Ya'll were really busy, and that parking lot is something else..but I was greeted quickly and kindly by the staff and my order was taken quickly by the young lady at the register. The line was super friendly and they worked seamlessly together. You could tell they were trying to get everyone's sandwiches made correctly, and they were communicating very well together to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. What a Great team!! I think the young man that ended up handing me my sandwich said his name was Chase ? He was very friendly, had a big smile and told me to have a great night! I have to tell you that lately, customer service skills has really gone downhill in the world, but the staff at this location has me thinking I may travel all the way out this way for my sandwiches from now on. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!!

Got delivery for dinner. It was pretty tasty. I'll admit the first experience wasn't very good because things were stale and missing. I gave it another shot and this order was awesome. Everything was here that was supposed to be. I'm not a fan of the ranch though. The peppercorn ranch was a bit much and no option of plain ranch disappointing!
