While the staff rarely seem happy to be working, the food is amazing. This is the best McFood place I've found in Jax! EVERYTHING is fresh and yummy. Nothing tastes like it's been sitting around. 100% impressed. I have a new fav McFood place!

I’ve never had any issues with the staff or food! I always order on the app and then provide them the code, they make it hot and fresh and always have a smile on their faces! I also try to joke with them to get them all to smile! Truly always a great team on staff when I go through. Smiling back goes a long way is all I know! Truly thankful for all the wonderful experiences I have at this McDonald’s!

And the fries were hot and fresh. The window lady was very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed the food from there especially the fact that it didn’t hurt my stomach like other McDonald’s food has in the past I would return to this McDonald’s.

My friend and I saw a commercial on tv the night before and it advertised that tomorrow 4/18 was Tax Day and McDonald's had a wonderful deal that you can buy a Big Mac 🍔 for the regular price and get one for a penny and we jumped on it and after our golf outing we stopped there and took advantage of the deal and we left with 4 Big Macs 🍔 and we got 2 meals off of them. Anytime we hear about a good deal from McDonald's we take advantage of it.

*Food was great
*The resturant was clean
*The service was horrible, they had the cashier doing all the front work. She was making drinks, running orders outside and taking orders. I felt bad for the non-tech savy people because they wanted to order but were forced to wait or place their own order at the kiosk.
