Burger King

I was incredibly thirsty and only wanted to order a drink. I waited at the counter for what seemed to me like an eternity, watching multiple employees going back and forth, with not a single one of them even looking at me. Eventually I just threw my money onto the counter, grabbed a cup and helped myself. Update: Today on 12/13/23 I went inside and had a nice lunch with my stepmom and niece. I was paying with gift cards and the employees and manager were very helpful. The food and service was great! Major improvement! 💗

Haven't had good experience with Burger King lately so I've been avoiding but...my kids wanted it. Made an online order and ate in the dinning room with my kids (it's about 7:30p now...we came in 6:50-something). You can tell the crew is short but that manager is keeping her crew together. I'm sitting out here listening to her motivating them telling them they can get through it...I wish I had a manager like her back in my fast food days. And the crew is so respectful with just doing what she's asking too. Nobody has attitudes, they're apologizing to customers and the food is hot. ☺️

I swear I was about at my wit's end with this location until yesterday. I got frustrated with the lady taking my orders and then Miss Shante stepped in. She was wonderful, very professional.. She greeted me with a smile and apologize over and over about the situation with my order. I was getting frustrated with the wait, after few minutes Miss Shante brought out our food personally and she let us know that she made sure everything was fresh in my bag since we had waited so long.. That right there alone deserve a review because she really put forth an effort to make things right and I really appreciate it. She went the extra mile and was definitely a breath of fresh air, compared to what I'm used to when I come to this location. So, whoever she is I hope she stays around because this location is the worst on the entire westside of Jax.

Haven't been to Burger King in a while because the one closest to me "closed to remodel" months ago and I'm wondering if it'll ever open again. But the circular had Burger King coupons that have been stuck to my fridge waiting for that night I don't want to cook dinner (and they're great coupons). So I went to the Normandy Burger King. The cashier was friendly & she let me use both coupons for the family meal deals which is like 6 whoppers & 6 cheeseburgers, so it took a minute but everything was fresh & delicious. Happy to see this Burger King with employees. The one next to me always only had like 2 employees maybe & I always felt bad for them.

Amazingly, a whopper still tastes like it did when I was a kid. My favorite burger. I even remember when my mom used to cut them in half because my brother and I couldn't eat a whole one. Most of the time when I visit the Normandy location, there's quite a few patrons inside, and there's several cars in drive thru, but that's Allright. That staff is cranking, and those burgers are being ordered constantly. Normally, by the time I finish filling my cup with soda, it's ready! And if not, well, I don't mind waiting one bit. I am not running out on a whopper!🤣
