A nice McDonalds with great service and freshly prepared food. You would be surprised how few good ones there are.

Enjoyed the hospitality. Especially when my daughter's order was a Sesame bun I let a worker know and he switched it out with no problem Don't know his name but thank you 😊🙏🏾

Like all restaurants it depends on which one you go to and this is true for McDonald's too. McDonald's has many restaurants throughout Jacksonville Florida and the level of service depends upon the franchise owner. Some , like the ones near higher income areas , offer better service and cleaner restaurants than those located in low income areas. All of the restaurants have the standard fare with a selection that seldom changes. In comparison their prices are competitive but since the prices are low the food tends to be bland.

Food was fine and pickup option from the app works well enough. I didn't have any real complaints. Everything was pretty much fine. I suggest using the McDonald's app because it does seem to work a bit more smoothly that way.

I enjoyed my experience at this McDonald's location. The staff here was very friendly.
I went inside to pick up my order because the drive thru was a little backed up. I placed my order on the kiosk and waited for my food to come out. There wasn't a long wait for the food and the staff all seemed like they had great attitudes and made sure I left with everything I ordered.

We went around 2pm, drive-thru was QUICK! And they were the best fries I've ever had. The rest of the food was great too, but I was mostly impressed by the perfectly cooked and hot French fries. Great location!
