My family and I went to the downtown location recieved excellent service. The young man Mathis was working the window. He was so patient and nice while taking our order. We were a party of 8. Excellent food and service. I love the sauce. Whenever visiting Jacksonville. I will eat at Jenkins.

My daughter and I had to ride to Jacksonville today, and we were both craving BBQ. They y were less than a block away... The food was fresh, mouthwatering, and definitely worth the Price... IT was absolutely Delicious!! I will be returning...I wanted to make the trip back on Sunday, however I realize they are not open... I'm extremely satisfied with my MEAL!! An hour drive is definitely worth it, to me!!

It has been several years since I've gone to Jenkins. Mainly because I worked in downtown Jacksonville, and had been sent home to work during the pandemic. This location is near my home and I've recently been coming back to Jenkins for the last month or so. In the past, the drive-thru was unbelievably slow, but recently things have seemed to have improved and the line moves quicker. It's even faster than going to McDonald's. I typically go after 8pm and Mr. Khalil/Khaleel always makes it a pleasant experience to visit Jenkins Downtown.

I absolutely love this Jenkins. I eat here a few times a month. The staff is always smiling, regardless of the late hours. I love the whole chicken sandwich, fries and corn nuggets. I drive from any side of town just to come to this Jenkins. 10/10!!

I don't know how you can ask for anything more to get barbecue through a drive-thru at 11 at night. Not bad at all but beware of bones

Great sauce! Ribs were a bit dry. It’s very messy to eat but worth trying.

I ordered a full slab, it has been smoked very well done. I started to try Jenkins from 10 years ago to today... And the taste hasn't changed a bit. baked beans really good if you like cinnamon in your baked beans., Cole slaw better than any one around..really good. It was a 25 min wait at the drive thru but worth the wait and patience. Can't say much about the atmosphere tho.

Busy parking lot, good solid BBQ! Wish there was a tad more non sandwich based options, but the taste is definitely quality!
