Wendy's

We were the only customers dining in and it just felt so empty! Nobody went through the drive thru or walked-in, so I didn't see anyone at all, crew included, after sitting down. I don't recall any music, maybe that's what made it feel deserted. Should have put Apple Tunes on my phone! A great idea a week too late!

My partner in myself just went to this Wendy’s for her first time. When we received our food, it was not made properly. There was no bacon on our junior bacon cheeseburgers no lettuce, and the Patti’s were hard enough to break the window. However, we were greeted with another worker. Her name was Anaya. She was absolutely phenomenal. She turned the whole incident around and made us the best Wendy’s burgers we had ever had. FRESH delivered them to us with a smile apologize for the incident, and actually cared and smiled ians wonderful evening. Thank you, Amiya you truly should be management for the store you would make a difference if you’re not already.

We went through the drive through at 8:30pm in 1/14. We (boyfriend and my dog) were served by Brittany and she gave us excellent customer service! She was really kind to our dog and he really loved her. We ordered him a beef patty and she gave him a nice chicken nugget as well and he’s very happy now. We will definitely be coming back and she was so nice to us and our food was made perfectly!
