Firehouse Subs

Hey, my dear readers! I hope all is well with ya'll. I still stand by my earlier post that the staff at Firehouse Subs really SHOULD SMILE. They may never know how their smiles 😃 helped a person's day be a little better! My sub, the Firehouse Steak and cheese sub, was delicious. I gave them 5 stars for taste and presentation. Three stars for service. Most of the staff didn't even look up when I entered, and they still had their heads down or were chatting it up with about 2-3 staff members when I walked out the door.

Awesome sub-shop! AWESOME SUBS! I have Celiac Disease & Firehouse Subs has Schar gluten-free bread. They always warn that they cannot guarantee against cross-contamination but they do take care to change gloves, wash their hands and place foil down as a barrier. I have never been glutened and always look forward to collecting points toward my next free sub🤩

Pleasantly surprised by how courteous the staff was. It’s refreshing when you visit two different locations and get the same service. The food was super tasty. I appreciate that the bread though toasted is soft and that there is plenty of toppings. Both my other half and I enjoyed our visit. Either this location or orange park, we’ll be back.

Decided to have a sub for Sunday dinner wasn't up for cooking and I had the chicken bacon ranch sub on white bread. It was delicious fresh and hot. I normally get the steak and cheese but I wanted to try something new and I made the right decision. This story is always so clean and they always make you subs correctly.

This location is great. The food is always nice and toasty. My only wish is that the cashiers to ask if we want to round up to support local firemen, because I never mind doing so, but I rarely get asked at this location. I want to do a nice thing, but don't want to have to ask to do it, lol! But yes, please eat here; food quality is great, workers are friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.
