Wendy's

Decided to try here again after what happened last time I came and I can say the service I received from the employees is better at accommodation deaf customers. I explained to one employee that I am deaf and asked her to write on paper, and she was about to give it to me to write down what being said and I explained that I need her to write down what being said so I can understand what she was saying and she looked at me confused as if she didn't understand me and before I had a chance to ask for her boss another employee or her boss walked by and heard what I asked and she took my order and write on paper do I can understand what being said. So I am happy that the service is better than last time I was here.

I was but a weary traveler, about to give up hope…you see I have been on my voyage all day and I had just left another Wendy’s 15 min away that was OUT of CHILI!? (What Wendy’s is out of chili) Here I came upon a courteous and attentive staff. It was here that I truly discovered what real customer service was. My food was hot and ready and served in adequate time with constant professionalism. They advised on menu options and sauces parings that I did not even know I needed or wanted. Not only did they ask about my order but also my day with true caring hearts. This Wendy’s single-handedly turned around my entire night and daresay.. my entire trip. Will definitely be nominating them to HR to cater for our works Halloween party because the service was scary good!
