Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This location is a great place for casual gatherings. The atmosphere is nice [with a subtle view of the road and a combination of surrounding restaurants (such as Panda express and Tropical smoothie Cafe)]. The workers here are very kind and full of ideas if you lack the predetermined crave for a specific treat. This is the only Bruster's I have ever been to; therefore, this is the best Bruster's I have ever been to.

Overall was pretty good. However, I ask for hot fudge on my banana split, and I got chocolate syrup... Eating the banana split and it's missing something..BANANAS, not a single banana in the bowl. They also forgot the caramel on my daughter's cone. We will probably try again maybe we will have better luck.

Update: The banana nut bread flavor is so good! You must try it. Previously: We ordered "small" cups of icecream, which were rather larger than expected. Couldn't finish them all, so we asked for lids - when then we noticed there were smaller cups on their counter that probably would have been used for "small" size orders?? This was our first visit. I was expecting (hoping for) the birthday cake flavor to be like the Kilwins creamery at St. John's Town Center - a yellow cake with chocolate bits - but this was a flavor of white cake with white icing and colored sprinkles throughout. His was dense in chocolate flavor and had swirls of marshmallow. Very tasty and filling :)

Bruster's is always a great place to go if you're wanting ice cream. The only downside is the flavors change, so if you find a favorite, it may not be there the next time you go. But don't worry they usually keep the standard flavors around! You can get a cone, cup, or in my case, bowl of ice cream 🍨. Their banana 🍌 split was A LOT of ice cream for one person, it's great for two people to share. So good and you can pick what ice cream flavors to go with the fruits. Definitely worth it. If you love a variety, this is the ice cream location for you.

At nearly 12PM, there was only one young man working. With that being said, he responded to me arriving at the window in a prompt manner, and although not beaming with a smile, he was very pleasant and courteous. You can get away with not looking excited to be there if you at least act like you are, which he did. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and he was nice enough to leave the ice-cream and the brownie separate for me, per my request. Delicious ice-cream and delectable brownie once warmed. My only complaint is the price!
