Pizza Hut

Only this Pizza Hut location in the Lakewood area has the best customer service! They always go above & beyond! Unfortunately this Pizza Hut many years ago was taken out of my delivery zone. So now I’ve made the best of it and enjoy getting my pizza only as a carry-out, which is always fixed to perfection. Many thanks to the long time Manager “Austin” who has made this the best Pizza Hut ever!

Even tho my order was not correct Austin the manager went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy and the mistake was corrected. We understand mistakes happen but it is the resolution that matters. Austin was helpful, understanding and professional when it came to making things right. Even tho the original order was incorrect the quality of food was still really good.

I went in thinking I'm just going to get my food and go, NO! My food decided it wanted to stick to the pan. The manager was super awesome and had an upbeat attitude about the whole situation. He took the time to remake my order. The remake was so pretty that it looked better than the picture they use online for it. Wish I would have taken a picture. Not only did it look great, it tasted even better. I apologize that I don't remember his name, but I believe it started with an "H." The other employees also took out the time to make sure I had been taken care of as well. Keep up the great work.

What a great place to order at home or dine in, the quick service will fill your stomach up as soon as you order. The food is hot when it gets to your door or ready when you walk in to the store. Love that they change things up and adding new items to the menu so you won't get tired, pricing is perfect for the different ingredients you want in your pizza. This place will always have a wonderful warm spot in my stomach and I will never get tired of it. Thank you pizza hut for continued great service.
