Domino's Pizza

I ordered delivery but the location wouldn’t deliver 8 minutes in my direction…. I don’t understand the boundaries or whatever between the different stores. They waited until after I paid and got off the phone before calling me to cancel my order…. I of course decided to pick it up to speed up the process. The guy on the phone said he would reimburse me the delivery charge yet when I got there the guy who gave me my order had no idea and just stared at me. I feel like communication between employees isn’t ever effective in these types of locations. Eventually the person I was on the phone with came out and gave me the money. If the delivery charge was indeed $5 even….

I placed an order online. For some reason the order I received was not what I placed even though the email matched the delivery. I called to inform them there must have been an error as I don’t eat meat and would not order a meat pizza. The first person I spoke to was Kyle. He was very rude and told me I got what I ordered. I asked to speak to the manager Elijah, and he made me another pizza and sent it out. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I got off work and literally nothing but pizza sounded good. I placed my order sooo last minute and felt terrible but the staff didn’t seem to mind and made me feel less terrible. They acted very pleased to serve me and were very nice. Jaeden even thanked us for ordering! Very nice customer service. This is why we only go to this Dominos.
