One of the best place to get a good coffee with good people in service.i tried different options in coffee and almost every time I felt good. I love their ice creams and flavors.

The staff were really nice. The establishment itself was pretty run down and could probably use some investment and sprucing up. We had ice cream only (no donuts or anything) and enjoyed our desserts. Would probably go back if we stay at the same nearby hotel.

Always love us some DD, and this one usually seems to be on top of things. They did get my Coconut Caramel Iced Coffee wrong, but fixed it without hesitation. Most staff seem to be decent and friendly. I don't typically go inside, but the drive-thru is typically pretty quick. Will for sure be returning.

Dunkin donuts (+Baskin Robbins combo) on Southside always has what Im looking for, all the Dunkin Donuts in the near area 32256+32258+32223 tell me Coconut donut is seasonal & they don't sell it anymore in jax. Then y in the world does the Southside store still sell it pretty mch year round if its "seasonal". Just irritating to hear that instead of they" out" of it, they tell me they "seasonal" Coconut in Fl ain't seasonal 😡

I have stopped by this location three to four times in the last month and have never had more than 10 different choices for ice cream. I did end up picking up this cute ice cream cake for Thanksgiving. The employees are very nice and the restaurant has always been clean. I just think they need to have more flavors of ice cream available. They always apologize for it.
