Slow service due to new employee as well as no acknowledgement to any of the customers as they were waiting in line. Apparently on this day the DM or owner of this franchise showed up unannounced and let the staff know that they were not up to par.

i love subway! it’s one of my fave things to eat. never in my 19 years of being alive have i had an order messed up so bad? me and my bf ordered and they switched around the ingredients of our subs. he ordered white bread and got herbs and cheese (i got white bread when i ordered herbs and cheese) he asked for no pickles (he really hates them) and there was no cheese on his steak and cheese. the food was still good! but i also got the wrong cookie. me and my bf are both picky eaters which is why we choose subway when we order food so it was just disappointing. staff was nice. i’d still come to subway just because it’s yummy , but once again just disappointed. they also didn’t give me da hot sauce but it’s ok cause i had some at home ;-; also gave me the wrong cheese and gave him banana peppers when he despises them. all love though ik in food service we can have tough days and mistakes can be made🫶

I don't know why but here of late attendants act like they're doing you a big favor to fix you a sandwich, I really can't understand that. Don't you like to be able to pay your bills?
