1st time reviewing a product/service here on Google but I had to make 1 for this food truck! Had the Bushwood & Greek potato salad today & it was great. Best sandwich ever! Even better than Jimmy John's & Thundercloud.

A very friendly guy selling good, classic Cuban sandwiches. He also makes good lemon pastries for dessert. If you’re in the mood for a good sandwich, keep an eye out for the yellow food truck.

This was the Ybor, got it for lunch and it came with chips or pasta salad! Delicious - the bread to meats ratio was just right.

I tried their veggie sandwich on their food truck yesterday. It was simple no frills but really tasty.I guess their ingredients and bread were fresh that made a huge difference. Also Greek potato salad, yummy too. I would recommend it to everybody.

Picked up an Ybor and Miami earlier today both with side fruit salad. I just warmed up and ate the Ybor and thoroughly enjoyed it reheated, so I imagine it is even better when fresh. Definitely looking forward to eating the Miami tomorrow and going back for more!

Great experience at Cafe Ybor today. Very friendly help from the person taking my order, with good recommendation for a sandwich. The Ybor was a savory blend of mustard, pickles and meat, all nicely toasted together.

The Franklin (with turkey breast) is a delicious cuban style sandwich! I love the add of whole cranberry sauce and the slices of real sharp cheddar cheese (not that American cheese fake stuff). The cuban style hoagie makes it extra tasty. The dill potato salad is a nice compliment.

I've only had the Miami, but I've had it multiple times now when they come by my office. Everything is great about this sandwich! The bread is great and everything in it is even better! The amount of meat is also great (although, you can never have enough meat in a sandwich :D ) Great stuff!
