The Hook - Catfish Restaurant

Keith and I enjoy coming to catfish hook every since our parent being going there. The owner,cook,waitress,always making sure everything just perfect no matter who come in they treat you so good. Sometimes we go at least three times a week just to sitting down just to enjoy ourselves. Fish and hush puppies are so good. Just like the owner and his employees treat you so good

Awesome place for catfish!! And it was very busy on early Sunday afternoon!! There were two rooms of seating.. a LOT of tables.. I, nor any customers after me, had to wait for a table. The food was hot and fresh, and delicious. Portions were good and waitresses were ON IT!! The owner or manager was walking around checking on customers.. love that!!

Went here for the first time on 2/6/2021. Not very busy and the food was decent. The service was AWFUL. Our waitress never came to refill our drinks, she just sat in the back giggling. We had to ask ANOTHER waitress for refills while our waitress goofed off for over an hour. She never checked on us, even after we were done. We never could get her attention so we couldn't even get to go boxes for our meals. Tried to contact the manager, and when the phone was answered the manager was heard in the back ground telling the person who answered they would call me back. It has been 3 hours, and I'm sure we will not hear back from them Terrible customer service!!!!
