Carla called a customer a liar and the horrible managers did nothing to address the poor behavior. The customer ordered a happy meal for her daughter. The customer shared that the sweet and sour sauce was not in the box and Carla called the customer a liar. The customer then asked for her money back. The drive through rep took the customer's food back and threw it in the trash. The managers never apologized and when the customer called back and asked to speak with Corporate, the manager still did not apologize and stated the sauce was in the box. Horrible, unprofessional workers...

Every time I have eaten here, their food is by far one of the best of the McDonald’s in Jax. The store on Lem Turner has wonderful customer service but their bread is horrible. I don’t know if they toast it too long or if it’s just used past it’s freshness but majority of the time my complaint is the bread. I know people complain when things aren’t to their liking. But I wanted to say that this McDonald’s on N. Main does a great job in customer service and food service. When I’m in the mood for McDonald’s , I would rather travel a little further to get the food. Because I can count on them putting the food out the way it’s meant to be put out. 😋

The customer service at this location is garbage, the employees make little to no effort to even make eye contact, much less communicate with you. Several employees, young black men, wearing solid gang colors and treat whites as though they are less than worthy of their time and respect. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should be corrected.

Appreciate all the employee that were busting their butts working hard to put out quality food. But the attitude of the cashier was so intense! From the moment I stepped to the counter. She didn't listen, got the order wrong, had an attitude when I asked for drink cups and to make another order because she missed several items. Terrible experience all around.

I walked in on 5 June 22 to eat, the service was slow, the employees unprofessional, and the management not available to do anything about it. There was eight patrons waiting in front of me, and at least 12+ cars at the drive thru. I didn't get my food for 25 minutes. Several patrons had a longer wait which was prior to my arrival by 15 minutes. I recommend leadership training for the manager on what it takes to get 5-10 18-24 year olds to do their jobs.

Placed an order in the drive thru evening of July 11th. Kevin made an ordinary stop for fast food dinner a great experience. He was professional and gave speedy service. I left the window without my sandwiches, and drove all the way home a couple blocks down the road. When I came back to get my food it was still hot and accurate. Will definitely start coming here rather than the McDonalds up the street.

I literally stood in drive thru for 1 hour. Only one line was open to order and it was just not moving. By the time I paid and got my food everything was cold. The guy that gave me my food didn't know whether i got my food already or not. Everything was chaos and it just looked dirty inside. I only went there because my kids insisted on MacDonald's but there will not be a next time.

Sat in line for 20 minutes until I got to the window. It's 2:12 well past the lunch crowd. Still had to sit at the pickup window to wait for a quarter pound meal. Workers and plenty of them, dancing and on their phone. I can clearly see them thru the window. I will never come back. Too many other places to eat and a quarter pounder is nothing special. After 20 minute wait it should have been at the take out window. The customer service is slim to none. Obviously from the other reviews management does not care. Nothing has changed.
