Struts

I hadn't eaten at struts in a few months, so today I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, which is what I use to always order. In the past,the sandwich came with a good portion of chicken.. Today, it came with 2 fairly small chicken strips. I thought it was a mistake and so did the waitress. SO she took it back to the kitchen but they told her that is how the chicken sandwich comes now. I'm not sure what happened to struts but that portion was a little embarrassing. Regardless to say, I will never order the chicken sandwich again.

My buddies love this place, so I tagged along. If this is the standard for good eatin' around here then the bar is LOW. I'll try again some other time, but for now, I'm not impressed. Service: ordered traditional wings; got boneless. However, the food came out quickly. Food: I've had better boneless wings from the grocery store.

Updating my review. We have been coming to this location for at least 4 years. Today was like our normal visit until it was time to leave. BE AWARE!!! They now charge 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more according to our waitress. Our service wasnt good enough for an 18% tip. They also have a cash price and a card price on your bill. This 3.5% discount for cash was the only thing they have posted anywhere (small stand to the right after walking in). Never less the food is still good.

Not sure what has happen here but I do believe the manager is out to lunch. First clean the place up and teach these young’s cooks how to cook. You have the perfect place on campus and these kids deserve better. This is my home town and have always looked forward to revisiting and enjoying my time here but I was so disappointed this trip. Food was horrible. The Only thing are still the same are the Chicken wings. Please please please clean the place up.
