Dunkin' Donuts

-Coffee was not fresh as it should be brewed every 18 minutes or less. Dawn was rude to my wife and I, we had to constantly report our coffee order to her at least 3x. She didn’t understand and/or was inattentive, failed to smile and say something like “excuse me I’m sorry could you repeat that for me”. Guy who prepared the food threw down the bag at the counter failing to call out the order. Staff seemed to have serious attitude problems and was not suited for a customer service job. Bathroom was filthy (toilet, mirror, sink, floor, etc.). Receipt was lacking ink, therefore hard to see. We were never properly greeted, none of the employees even bared to smile, never thanked us for our order. We felt completely unwelcome there and this location was probably the worst I’ve ever frequented (I’m a regular visitor of many DD locations in the area). The DD location, all staffed by Indians are 180 degrees different as they take pride in preparing the food and drink properly, rendering customer service, thanking you for your order, and do not subject the customer to constantly report themselves.
