Outback Steakhouse

I love Outback in general. I like the Victoria’s Filet and the French onion soup. This Outback really needs some work. The service is super slow and the two times we have been here, the waiter forgot things we asked for. The food is ok…the cheese fries had burned cheese all throughout. My filet was over cooked and seemed to be of poor quality. The house salad is usually good but this time it seemed to be all iceberg lettuce and they forgot my dressing. I ordered a fountain soda and it had a really strange flavor and it was semi flat. Other than that…the bathroom was filthy and 2 out of 3 stalks were out of toilet paper. They were also out of paper towels near the sink. Finally, the floors throughout the bathroom and restaurant were super slippery. This is a very large Outback. We would like to continue visiting, we just wish they would do better.

The food was excellent,as always 5 stars for food. I could not wait to leave as the tables were on top of each other. The wait staff could only serve from the outside aisle. There is a sign about masks and social distancing. Where was the distance. The person who seated us was wearing a camouflage gaiter, covering half his head was useless. I asked for a replacement fork and he ignored me. My husband had to hold up a fork and tell him again. I also asked him to ask our waiter for our check. Our waiter was never asked by him to bring it. Our waiter was amazing and did his best being that outback was understaffed. I will go back when the seating arrangement is fixed.

Went here for dinner with a friend and had such a great experience!! Upon entering we were seated quickly, Our server Tony was quick and attentive. Multiple people came over to check on us during our visit. The drinks were great and food was so good! I had the new Salmon entree, will definitely be returning soon!

I just wanna start by saying this Outback has going down hill, it’s pathetic. Outback is my favorite restaurant but every time i come to THIS outback i have a problem, i order two salads most of the lettuce was good and the rest was spoiled lettuce which you shouldn’t even feel comfortable serving. My steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli was cold i live 5 mins from the restaurant i shouldn’t get home to cold food !!

I have dined in here many of times but I never had a server like the young man that we had. I had to ask him his name because he had wonderful customer service. If I could remember correctly his name was Tony. He was very professional and was willing to answer any question I had in regards to the menu. He checked on our table occasionally to ensure that we were okay and did not need anything. I was very satisfied with his service.

The server named Tony served my family. Though at times, the wait times were a bit long but he apologized every time and thanked us for our patience. His attitude was also very pleasing and I am grateful for his exceptional service. Blooming onion was a bit overcooked but the entrees were perfect. Great experience. Highly recommended! Thanks

I had the pleasure of dining in at this restaurant not too long ago. I apologize for not getting around to the review yet but I’ve been meaning to share my experience. The restaurant seemed clean and well managed. My server, Tony in particular was excellent. He was manner-able, timely, and handled our overall experience with care. I would definitely come back considering the service.

Did take out. Food was great take out take person was amazing They get 5 🌟 Your front greeters need to be replace with someone with a better attitude. Every one gets tired especially holidays is a mad house. Do not speak to people as if they have been to the restaurant before. Try working at the airport at the ticket counter any holiday lifting 50-70 lbs luggage every 5 minute see how you feel after an 8hr shift. If you feel you can't take it go into another line of business
