My family ate at this IHOP this morning and it was such a great experience. I am disabled and have an emotional support dog. The hostess and our waitress were phenomenal. They were not only very attentive to us but to my dog as well. They made sure she had water and even bought her food. I was so appreciative of the service they gave us. If you are looking for a restaurant that welcomes service animals this is definitely the place.

Giving 4 stars because usually every time I come here the service is low quality. When I did go Monday morning, there was this lovely server names jade who gave me some of the best service I’ve had in years. If you go here and get her as a server expect excellent, quick, and accurate service and top hospitality.

Came here with my parents before they drove back to NY and we had such a great time. Talisha (I believe that’s her name?) was absolutely killing it with managing to-go orders and dine-in tables all by herself for most of the morning!! And it looked like there were only two chefs in back of house but our food came out without any delay! The food was great, service was friendly and attentive, place was clean - would definitely go back the next time my parents are in town.

Upon my arrival (party of 2 at 10am), I was told 20 minute wait. A gentleman next to me (in the lobby) acknowledged he already waited beyond 20 minutes. About five minutes later, there were more people in the waiting area than seated in table area. Moments later, another couple arrived and they were told 45 wait time. After I overheard 45 wait time, I decided to leave. The Jenkintown I-Hop is poorly staffed (or lack of) and totally disorganized.

We went at 10:20am and stood behind two other couples. The couple in front of us left after a few minutes of not being acknowledged. Then we decided to leave after waiting almost ten minutes of not even being acknowledged that we were standing there. As we were getting in the car the other couple left also. I know that we probably all would have stayed and waited our turn if only one of the many workers would have at least took our names and ask us to have a seat and wait. Acknowledgement is the key in these present days to help keep businesses open. Yes I understand that online plays a huge role now with people ordering for delivery. But there is still a good amount of customers that would like to still come into restaurants to have a meal.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon around 1.30 pm. It was really busy. We had to wait around 30min for our turn. I would suggest to give them a call to check the wait time. Perhaps you can reserve on call but I am not 100% sure about that. They have on-site parking. The food was really good and so does the services. Right now they are offering happy hours from 2 to 10pm everyday for 6 dollars only which seems to be very good deal. There are separators between every seats. Also the cleaning protocol seems to be very good. I am saying that since I saw the cleaning person to clean a seat in front of me as the guest left. Overall I will highly recommend this place.

Everyone and their granny was there for Mother's day! The service, even though it was short staffed, was truly nice. Our server was workin' double time and could only work as fast as the food was done. She was super friendly and like one of the fam', wish I remembered her name. No reflection on her, but the place needs to be cleaned. The floors need to be scrubbed, the windows and walls cleaned. I'd gladly get food from there again cause it was good, but only after I've seen the kitchen.
