The Wet Whistle Bar & Grill

We recently had my wife's 30th happy hour at 1910. Mike, the manager, helped me plan the event. Mike was great to work with and made sure the night ran smooth. Our waitress was amazing. I think her name was Alex. She made sure our whole party always had a drink. The wings and fries were great. Thanks 1910 crew!

A great stop for my wife and I on the way to the Keswick for a show. Server Katie was fantastic and made it a great experience. Eating on the deck outside was beautiful and relaxing. Great Apps, try the Cheesesteak Fries, and the burgers are very good and you have plenty of options and types to choose from. This is a great stop any evening. Get in the deck this summer. If you’re heading to a show at the Keswick, make this your pre-show stop. Great time. Thank you to the team at 1910.

Great vibe here. 4 stars only because some days are better than others. Nothing wrong with the food and drinks or anything. In fact, its always great! Only thing is god forbid you show up on a band night (usually the band is too loud for that small of a place). Also karaoke night is okay. Got a kick out of watching an old lady try to do karaoke to Rihanna.

If you're reading this wondering if you should go to 1910, then go to 1910. This is the kind of place where you are greeted with a genuinely warm welcome when you walk in. The manager is seemingly always there to say hello and wish a good evening when you leave. There is a large bar as the centerpiece of the restaurant with plenty of additional tables and numerous TV's playing sports. They have recently made some changes to the menu and seem to be making a concerted effort to be a fun destination. It's mostly pub fare but with a little extra love put into it. We love the wings and the wraps. But they have expanded the burger menu and have a pizza menu. There is often some form of entertainment, e.g., music or trivia, if that's your thing and they post the schedule on the website. The restaurant is located in the Abington club but the restaurant is public and they will be happy to have you so don't worry about the club. Just walk right in. There is a sign in the parking lot for the entrance that gets you to 1910.
