Dunkin'

My wife ordered coffee and a croissant but told me the croissant had a bad taste as it wasn't cooked correctly so she asked me to get a bagel twist instead I approached the cashier Rosa who refused the request to exchange for a bagel twist then refunded me and I had to get back in line to guess what Buy a bagel twist Rosa was rude had an attitude also placed the money in my hand in a way I didn't approve of with attitude and demanded the reciept she said she was the manager wow this is bad as a result I told my wife throw it out my part don't want to eat or drink behind Rosa!

I went to Dunkin today, between 3:15 and 4:15 today. I was compelled to write a review, I had the most amazing iced cappuccino made by this girl. I wanted to give her a shout out, she put a lot of the higher end cafes to shame. Mine was a mobile order so wait times were reasonable. Every Dunkin’ is different and depends on the staff, but we must acknowledge when someone goes above and beyond. That was a great cup of coffee. Please keep up the good work. I hope she continues working here, since the turnover is pretty high. Cheers!

My experiences here have been surprisingly good, I usually come in after 12pm. The drip coffee is fine, tastes fairly fresh, is made as asked with as many creams and sugars requested (no milk is available for customers to add directly, need to ask the staff when the coffee is being made). The plain bagels are nice as are the plain glazed donuts. Any "fancy" drinks, even just a latte, are unpleasant and weird, not a good choice here or any DD. The drip coffee tastes old and bitter if purchased after say 5pm. The afternoon staff is pleasant, but the managers are not.

The store was clean & conveniently STILL open as it was New Year's Eve and Al else was closed. Stopped in to take a load off. As well, grab a cup of munchkins to take home. ALL was good, except the music which gave off a weird vibe. So weird, we left earlier than we expected. Overall, customer service was good. Guy at register very accommodating. Table was somewhat dirty, with napkins and trash from those before us. Nobody bothered trying to come clean it nor ask to clean it so review gets 4 stars
