McDonald's on 54th and Bergenline West New York NJ 07093. Use to be the best of one. They always have fruitflies Flying around. Staff isn't very friendly and their fries are practically raw. They don't fry them long enough. Everyone always has an attitude.

I'm happy when my little boy is happy with his Happy Meal. We eat outside by the bench with umbrellas. I love spending time and talking to my little boy here at McDonald's.

I ordered 2 small sodas, I asked for a Dr.Pepper and a Sprite. The cashier then proceeds to say 1 Diet coke and I cut her off saying 1 Dr.Pepper. She then gives me attitude and says so 2 Dr. Peppers, I then reiterate again 1 Dr. Pepper and 1 sprite. The lady then proceeds to give me 1 Dr.Pepper, and when I asked for my sprite she proceeds to give me attitude. Normally Im fine with workers making mistakes, however this was unacceptable.

Soggy fries I told young girl with huge lashes that the fries was soggy and she got angry that I waited but I told her the line was long so I decided to eat my burger while it was warm so that’s why I didn’t tell them sooner she was loud I was tryin to be discreet but she was the rowdy one 🤣😂 I didn’t want the fries I just thought they would change the oil and get a fresh batch of fries for others I told her she can be a lil more discreet because I’m assuming she’s been raised right 🤔 she was a miserable manager😖 don’t like the heat stay out the kitchen

Placed an online order with this Mc Donald’s and of course, THEY FORGOT THE SAUCE. Literally useless. But keep paying them more to be completely useless. Didn’t even want my order and will never order from this location ever again.

They gave this place overhaul with a total new look very modern, food is ok, same staff remains and unfortunately they are not nor have they ever been helpful or nice, if you want to feel ignored this is the spot to go to.

Usually a long line and wait but staffs try to service the customers to the best possible. Small location.

Be sure to check your burger before leaving. They quite often missed things. For example, I ordered double quarter pound, but they just gave single.
