Cool old school pizza spot in jersey city Always great people and a consistent taste of old school in every slice. They also have a 22 inch pizza and slices that are regular and twice the size of a normal slice. Tell them to add extra cheese to a pie and wow a great comfort food kn those cold days. A great spot if you are lucky they also have hot food and cookies. A must go and eat local in jersey city.

Let’s cut to the chase - cause that’s what you’re going to get when you walk into the restaurant and order: no frills, no fuss. A simple transaction. As a New Yorker, that’s much appreciated when you’re just trying to grab a quick bite to eat. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is courteous and pleasant but without the pomp and circumstance. As for the food? I kept it simple with two plain slices. Hopefully the picture speaks for itself but if you need the extra assurance: it’s delicious! I was full after a few bites of one slice so I’d def recommend sharing this meal with another. Be sure to have cash on hand - it’s a $10 min on card. Best pizza I’ve had in Jersey City.

We LOVE Rizzo's! It's a staple in Jersey City. They have the BEST slize of plain pizza in the area - it's huge, thin, crispy, and totally hits that pizza craving. Their bread is amazing, too, especially when you can get it warm. There is nothing like getting in your car ripping off a hunk of fresh, warm bread from Rizzo's - you won't be able to resist! It won't make it home, so be sure to buy two loafs. Their pastries are great, too. The variety changes based on the day, so you'll have to stop in yourself and see what they over. Not to mention, we love that Rizzo's is owned by the Rizzo family! They're a wonderful family to support.
