Cluck-u Chicken

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered from them last night for pick up. I arrived no later than 9PM AND THEY WERE CLOSED. I DIDN’T EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT EAT HERE. You will regret it. They have no official business hours. Horrible customer service. It sucks because they are the nearest chicken restaurant near me and I love their sauces but the food isn’t all that good and they just keep giving me more and more reasons to not order from them. Well last night did it because I am never ordering from them again cluck u needs to go out of business FOR GOOD.

Five stars to the staff. They were friendly and served food swiftly. I hate to give a bad review, but my review is towards the food itself. I did not enjoy the taste or seasoning of the food at all. The chicken is bland, mash potatoes have a sour taste due to the gravy, I assume. Just not feeling it. Maybe I’m just used to Popeyes and KFC?

I ordered online around noon for a pick-up order. I received the email confirmation that they received the order and also saw the charge on my credit card bill. About 15 minutes later, they call me telling me they are "closing for an hour to clean the kitchen". Deciding to close your restaurant during one of the busiest times of the day? Not the brightest business strategy but ok, whatever. They said they would cancel the order. It has now been 5 days and the charge on my credit card bill has now been moved from "pending" to "posted". I've already disputed this with the credit card company, but I should not have to be dealing with this. THESE PEOPLE ARE EITHER SCAMMING CUSTOMERS OR THEY SIMPLY DON'T HAVE FUNCTIONING BRAIN CELLS. EITHER WAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT AT A LEGITIMATE RESTAURANT.

I ordered $60 worth of food and was told my delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour. At the hour mark I call the restaurant for an eta, at which point I informed that the whereabouts of the driver are unknown and my food is still at the store. And there is no eta of when or if my food will arrive. Just a busy mom trying to treat my kids on a Friday night. Don't order from here, HORRIBLE customer service

This establishment doesn’t care about their customers at all. I asked specifically for extra sauce because I know they have been lacking on the quality of their wings. They said the wings have more than enough sauce. I ordered $100 worth of food and they asked me if I was going to pay and not cancel. The wings finally come and they are dry. Do not order from here.

I ordered yesterday 7/5/2019 an 8 piece fried chicken it was awful, over cooked, dry, no taste, macaroni and cheese no taste, dry cole slaw slimy, 1st time ordering there, last time. I rather order from KFC or popeyes next time. Just awful! I would have to say the only people who like this food are people who don't know good food. I recommend this fabulous place 555 Ton elle Ave Heavenly chicken and ribs. Great customer service and amazing food. On top the lady who took my order was rude. Never ever again! Im also posting this on social media.
