Mcdonald's

Disgusting my holiday pies are old! No dates on any of the boxes for expiration date. It was like biting into crumbs and the cream on the inside was nearly hardened and chewy. I also ordered a Big Mac with cheese! No onion and they forgot the CHEESE! in my burger. Might I add the person at the counter knew I was in a rush and late for work as well. Not sure if this was done purposely, if so that’s not the way to treat customers regardless.

They renovated and the service is even worse than before. They should've just took the time to train staff properly and get the orders right. The kiosks never give receipt so I never know my number when they call it out. They have two cash registers which apparently are never used because I can never catch anyone manning the register. On top of all that they never my order right. I go back only because it's the only McDonald's in Bayonne.

Ordered a mango smoothie and a mocha frappe, I used the app for the buy one get one free deal so I wouldn't have to pay an extra 4 dollars for a drink. The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing and told me the deal went through when it didn't, then I got charged more than what it said on the machine. When I asked to get my 4 dollars back, another worker came up and said that I couldn't get my money back cause the offer didn't go through. Which means the cashier lied to me and made me waste 4 bucks. I WANT MY MONEY!

The line was super long, i ordered online and it took over 20 minutes to give me my order and i only got one iced coffee, and the lady was super rude whenever i asked and just kept saying it would be coming and she wouldn’t bring it out. I also heard one of the ladies rudely talking to a boy when he was waiting for his order for a long time. Bad customer service

I have to say the burgers taste like sand paper your cheese is process your not real McDonald's . Many people buying your burgers but they don't know good food when they taste it.Very disappointed 😒 😕. Quality food rules over cheap process food.My friends and I will not buy anything from your McDonald's . I hope you fix your food problem.
