Tokyo Station

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and potatoes and I must say the flavor was great. The sandwich was a decent satisfying size which matched the potato serving. The hostess Melissa was friendly and eager to serve. The place needs remodeling to make it more welcoming and inviting.. basically old world luncheonette in modern times

Did not enjoy my experience at all. A friend and i ordered chicken teriyaki and yellow rice. Our chicken tasted like it was freezer burnt so we asked to return it (we maybe ate 1-2 pieces). We over hear the chef in the back complain that we didnt want the food and say they should still pay for it. Chef then comes to our table asking why we didnt like it. We said we didnt like how it tastes and he responds "well you're still paying for the salad" before walking away. No apologies or show of concern. Completely rude. We get the check and for a small side salad from their $9 lunch special was $4. I'm not eating there ever again. Only positive was the sole waitress who was very kind to our table through all of this. She waited all the tables by herself

Haven't had anything from here that wasn't great. The curry with added karaage is my go to, but the sushi and katsudon are also great. Lately have had their cheeseburger and fries a couple of times because they are really exceptional for a Japanese place and the fries are fresh cut and travel well on delivery.

The waitress that looks like a junkie is extremely rude and smells like an ash tray—she looks like thrash! She is constantly smoking outside so when she serves you she smells like an ash tray plus her personal hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. If you observe them preparing food you will not eat there—unsanitary! The health department needs to inspect the place and observe whether they are complying with the health code when it comes to food preparation.👎
