Wang Wang Chinese Restaurant

Usually order from this place and almost all the deliveries i get has something wrong with it. This time i ordered multiple plates for a big party including 2 half fried chicken with fried rice. Instead they just gave me diced flavorless chicken with fried rice. I tried to call multiple times and the guy argued over the phone with me for about 30 minutes suggesting that i ordered this plus the other plates. I told him that HE gave us the wrong order and that we still have the plates and we'll gladly give them back for our right orders. He kept arguing with me and charged us an extra $4 dollars for HIS mistake. Food came burnt and dry and did not taste good whatsoever. Will never be ordering from this place again, save your money and energy and buy chinese at a better place.

I had food delivered to my elderly aunt & paid over the phone with a card. The man that took my call hung up on me before I could tell him how much to add in for the tip. The delivery man got to my aunt's house, reluctantly brought it to her door (after repeating that she was unable to meet him outside) then yelled & screamed at her to pay him. She called me & I told her it was paid for so he started yelling about a tip, give me tip, I need tip money now. He was in her home looking in her bedroom while she looks around for money and would not answer my call. (I could see him on the monitors). I will never order from them again. There's a place on Montgomery Street & Bergen called great panda or something like that so I'll order her food from there moving forward.

Horrible Service! No matter what time of the day, they can take an hour to deliver food. They make a mistake, and make your family wait an additional hour to receive the items u instantly mentioned was missing in delivery. Two hours of waiting for their mistake just to eat cold Chinese Food. HORRIBLE ! Felt bad but had to take my tip back. Decent food.
