Domino's Pizza

I order 7 boxes of pizza for my students who earned it through hard work as they prepare for the state test. Unfortunately, the celebration was not a success. I order extra cheese pizzas and received dough with sauce sprinkled with some cheese as an afterthought. I spoke to the manager who, when left over pizza was shown as evidence, wanted to know where the other half was. Of course it was eaten. Students have a lunch schedule and I don’t see that group the rest of the day. My point in showing it to him was not to get another pie, instead I wanted him to know that they did my students wrong. That was not nice. The quality of the pies should be consistent and match what the customer has requested.The pizza provided by the school is juicier and cheesier. Sad.

Horrible pizza and horrible customer service. I ordered four pizzas; all with extra cheese. There was barely any cheese on the pizzas. When I called and requested to speak to the manager they said there is no manager there. So, I ask who is in charge and Angie (who refused to give her full name) said that no one was in charge and instructed me to call tomorrow between 11 to 1. I also asked for the manager's name and she said she is not allowed to give names. We pay money for a product and no one is accountable? What is the refund policy? A horrible product and horrible representation. I will request a refund from this establishment and await their response on how they plan to treat the customers of Jersey City going forward.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was speechless when I ordered a pan pizza last night with light sauce , bacon and extra cheese. First off, it had more sauce than cheese , the bacon was BURNT , the dough was SOGGY. I’m a former dominos manager and this was TERRIBLE product. I literally had to throw it out because whoever was working on 6/14/22 during their night shift needs to be taught how a proper pan pizza should be prepared. Delivery was very fast, however product was absolutely atrocious. Will never order again.

domino's manager Mina is really disrespectful, there is never a manager there and when i asked for one they handed me someone who said they weren't a manager and to call back after 6 pm, which I did and still no manager told me to call the next day 11 am to 12pm. i called for a refund on which I never received. I told manager Mina about the situation and as well as there being no manager on board and them playing manager while he isn't there. He gets mad and gives me a really bad attitude about it when i was just letting him know that. he lies and says they were a AM when the lady told me she wasn't a manager, he goes to say AM's can't see past orders and give out refunds, i let him know that why couldn't she explain to me that she was a AM and doesn't have access to that. He goes to say "don't talk about them like that." with an attitude when i was just letting him know. Mina was very very disrespect to me for a refund. please do something about him. it also seems like he is the only manager on the floor and there are never any managers there.

My girl ordered a pizza from this location twice. We were looking at the tracker almost every minute. They didn’t even show up to deliver it. They just circled around the block where the Domino’s was located and then went back to the store, and I guess that qualifies as a complete order? Will never be ordering from here ever again.

Worst pizza ever. It was legit some dough with sauce and cheese. The garlic bread was the same. To make it worst when I called them the woman who answered said "we can't do anything about it" and when I asked for the manager she said there is no manager. I told I need to speak to someone else and she put me on hold and hung up, didn't answer my calls after. Dominos should close this store or change the staff. Worst dominos ever!!
