I wouldn’t even rate them a 1. I’ve Been coming here for over 18 years and they used to be amazing. They have new cooks in the kitchen, who don’t even know the difference of fried eggs to over easy. Which i spoke too and they said they would change it. Which they didn’t, they returned the same platter with the same eggs. Which is very upsetting because it doesn’t take a genius to cook them. My bacon is half cooked and half raw. No words can describe the unpleasantness.

Not Covid compliant. ALL staff not wearing masks as sweat runs down their forehead and touch your purchase item. No social distancing. No hand alcohol wipes available. A super spreader waiting to happen. This place should be inspected for non-compliance. Further, fees they charge for bagel is out of this world. One small tuna bagel is $6.75 while juice drinks are $2.50 per. They charge extra 4% to customers who pays by credit card which is illegal. One bagel sandwhich and one drink is OVER $10 !!!!! Unbelievable... Summary: TOO EXPENSIVE for what you are getting !!! In my book that's a rip off ...

I love all the wonder bagels in jersey city. Food was good. The cook was nice enough to make a sandwich that required the grill although they closed in 30 minutes as well as two other servers/ cashiers. Really nice. But one girl was super rude when I realized I didnt want cheese on my sandwich and said “ but you said cheese “ in a very rude tone bc I changed my mind on wanting cheese. Mind you the cook didnt make the sandwich as of yet so it wouldve been less work in him to grab the big cheese cube from the fridge.
