I have frequented Lucios regularly over the last 23 yrs and I have never been disappointed. From the delicious food to the service, it's always been an excellent experience. It's a lovely quaint family run Italian restaurant, originally started by the late Claudio, and now run by his wife. I haven't been back in a long time, but I have to say, they haven't lost their touch. Claudio would be proud.

As always, Lucios was incredible. One of my favourite restaurants in JHB. Best pizza, amazing pasta, great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Will never say no to Lucios!

The simplest way to explain how good this restaurant is, is to point out that they have been operating for over 30 years and remains a firm family favourite.
It would be a difficult challenge to find better pizza in Johannesburg. The service is friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is delightful. To top it all off, they pizza prices are actually lower than many other pizza places!

Honestly such a great pizza restaurant with so much character! The walls are decorated with trinkets from all over the world. The food was morish and yummy and the cocktails affordable! Highly recommend

Really a hidden gem, they serve some of the best traditional Italian dishes in the country. From authentic pasta dishes, unique pizza styles and fresh seafood. Highly recommend.

This used to be our family go to because they offer really good vegan pizzas on their menu, catering to our whole family. They have not had vegan cheese in stock on our last few visits in spite of having called to check, so if that's what you're after you may be left disappointed. Otherwise the rest of the menu looks great but not exactly vegan friendly.

What a gem! The food is outstanding, atmosphere can't be beaten and a lovely all round experience. Can recommend the blue cheese ravioli, a little pricey bit worth every penny

Awesome awesome pizza, probably the best pizza that we’ve had this side of the world. Takeaway is not bad, but would rather suggest sitting down and have a meal in the restaurant self. Really nice atmosphere, can get quite busy in the evenings.
