Great place. Wonderful atmosphere. I was not impressed with the service by the waiter serving our table (Tuesday 1st Nov 2023). He seemed to be mentally not at work or completely bored. Several times we had to call him over for this or that.

It's the most convenient spot for a mother multitasking. Has seats with the best view to the kids area, a bathroom, silence to catch up on admin.

We just decided to have a team lunch with colleagues after the launch of the balwin estate near the mugg & bean. The service was excellent and the food was so delicious plus I always bought coffee only so I was trying out the food, and I'm not disappointed, I will surely be going to for breakfast or lunch.

Great service from efficient staff. Generous portions of food and hearty drinks available. Health conscious diners can enjoy kj information by each meal option. Some meal options labeled bew were unavailable. Seems like renovations are underway. Clean ablution facilities. Great stable WiFi.

Items on menu seems to be smaller - not alot of variety. Pricey. Situated in Panorama Shopping centre. Food taste and quality was lovely.

I ordered the noodle bowl which was amazing... For dessert I decided to get the flap jack stack which was so huge I left 2/3 of it. Overall the food was good and the service was also good

Trendy setup and friendly staff. Menu is per the brand and within the mall it’s a good location nearby other coffee stores. With the recent mall makeover it is well worth a try if you in the area or frequent the mall. Alone or with a group/family/friends - it’s a pleasant experience.
