Atmosphere- Average atmosphere,
Food- you will get packed food, so that if you dont have time to bite, you can enjoy food in flight. Other food menu is also OK.
Service- the service is average, you have to follow up.
Shower facility is a available, the toiletries are below average compared to other lounges at Jo'Burg Airport.

The shower was clean and spacious. You need to ask reception for the key to use it. The lounge area is comfortable but nothing special. The buffet is ok. Everything is self-serve, including alcohol. They take cash too if you don't have the credit card.

Improvements - need more power outlets to charge the phones and easier credentials for wifi 🙂.

Nice quiet lounge and very less crowded hence ideal to spend time before the flight. Very good food menu and staff is also very courteous and helpful. I like the chairs, they are very comfortable to relax. Overall a good experience

If you arrive between shifts its not that welcoming. Around 15:30 in my case. Empty glasses and plates and bar area not inviting. However around 30 mins later looked more inviting.

If you have a priority pass then this is the best lounge that you have access to. While they have some restrictions in place there is still a good drinks and food selection available from sushi to hot meals and of course Amerula liquor.

An excellent approach to maintain international standards. Services are of a high standard. We would recommend Shongololo Premium Lounge if you travelling through SA

Shongolo Premium Lounge is fairly spacious and offers multiple quiet corners to rest or focus on work while in between flights. They offer a wide selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and various food items including muffins, croissants, sandwiches, as well as warm meals such as beef stew and chicken wings. They also have a variety of newspapers and magazines to read through, with courteous and friendly staff.
