Mcdonald's

Hispanic girl taking the order was unable to figure out how to enter it in on her computer. After several tries, and her just saying "uhh. Hang on. One sec. Let me try and fix that. Im sorry what was the order again?" It was a cheeseburger. Literally that was it. One burger. You couldnt possibly mess this order up unless you tried. I just used the app to order and waited for them to bring it out. Im all for replacing the employees for computers. And ready for the finale? THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. How can you mess something so simple up?

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, no ketchup no pickle. Got one with ketchup, both without onions, btw it was written on them no ketchup, no pickle. Last time I ordered the same 2 double cheeseburgers both had pickles and just about 6 times the onions they should have. Completely inconsistent I’d say... Will now stop going there for an emergency quick bite!! That’ll teach me!!

Got my order right the other day. Still always have to pull up to the waiting area as I cannot stand onions. But, it was right this time. I think we're at about a 50-50 mix for correct versus incorrect orders this month. guess I'm probably eating at McDonald's too much if I can state that ratio. I sometimes think that they just make me pull up and wait to punish me for not taking the order with onions and just pulling them off myself.

Stopped there a few days ago to grab the guys some coffee and breakfast. It was 6:20 (they open at 6) all the building lights were off and the menu was lit up. I sat there for 20 minutes before the lady came on and said sorry we're not open. I said don't you open at 6 am it's 6:40. She said yes but we just got here so were not open yet.....???ok....
