Not a great KFC. Food is soggy and cold, definitely not fresh. Taste is super garlicky now and it's not an enjoyable meal. Would only go to get tender strips and maybe chips, nothing else worth it.

Horrible staff and service. Lined up and was told they had no stock. No sign was up to let customers know before they got stuck in the the drive thru for 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Kfc and maccas have been terrible the past few months. I will never come back. Waste of my time and fuel. There's apparently no waiting bays either. The manager was a young girl (don't know how she is the manager of a store) who just said they'd take the feedback on board but highly doubt it as she clearly didn't care.
I wasn't even greeted at the window or told of the wait time.
The cars infront had a wait of about 8 minutes each. While I'm stuck behind them for nothing.
How do you run out of stock?! McDonald's always has food!
It's pretty simply to put a piece of paper at the entrance to the drive thru notifying drivers what food is out of stock. Especially if kfc run out of stock often! And fuel isn't cheap right now!
Why should I waste my money on the food if you can't give people a simple courtesy?!

Worst KFC I have ever been too. Sat in drive through for over 25 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Nothing about it was fast. When I did get to the window the girl was rude and didn’t apologise for the wait or anything. Wont be coming here again.

Probably the worst KFC I have been to in Metro Perth. They forgot my drive thru order, could not find a record of it after I readi was told to wait at the front of the store for 10 minutes. Have no idea what's going on, always poorly run and sometimes chicken is not cooked well, old tasting. Chips always taste undercooked or raw.

Ordered a maxi popcorn chicken and 10 wicked wings IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. Half an hour of my life I will never get back.
Ordered, paid and asked to wait at the front for 10 mins. Not a bad start.
After 20 mins I call the store: "it's going to take ANOTHER 5 mins".
After 5 mins I drive back through the drive through. I want my money back.
Waited another 5 mins in the drive thru until i got to a window and told "they are just packing it now, can you wait in the bay?" Decided i couldn't actually drive to the waiting bay (have you seen the price of petrol?!?!) and stayed at the window.
What did they do? Forget to pump the chicken full of growth hormones? Run out of chicken and go to Red Rooster? I'll be waiting at the window if I return.

2 hours for delivery through the app. Call the number which is door dash. Get offered 15% off my bill. Food finally arrives and chips are cold and stale. Drink is warm and burger is stone cold. $8.95 delivery for this is criminal.

Too short staffed, them that where there where great but overworked and overwhelmed. If I had to work there under them conditions I would leave. Sat outside for a good 45 minutes and saw at least six couples walk in then immediately out going to the other ood outlets.

10min to wait for someone to take order at drive through 40min to then get the food. Plenty of employees talking and doing nothing through the window order was wrong chicken dry. If this is the future workforce God help us they're useless.
