Caffe Motivo

The food, coffee and service here deserves more than just five stars! I'll definitely be back for another latte and breakfast wrap. When I asked if they had any vegan options the chef offered to make something I could eat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, coming here made my morning a little brighter 🌞

Ordered a few items off the menu for delivery, including: (1)latte (excellent flavour; quality coffee and the medium was ample in size); (2)southwest breakfast wrap (great taste; hearty size and arrived hot!); (3)blueberry wheat-free muffin (have not yet sampled but looks tasty); and (4)garden salad, which they were out of but went well above in rectifying it! Instead of replacing with an item of equal or lesser value (which is pretty standard), they substituted for a veggie wrap and sent a note to apologize (nice touch!). I was completely surprised and very impressed by this, especially given this item is double in price and with inflation, is rare to see a restaurant go above and beyond is this regard. Clearly they take care of their customers and are in the business of striving to maintain customers - for which I most definitely will be! Thank you Caffè Motivo 🙏 😊

This is going to sound kind of harsh but there's a coffee shop directly across the street that wont charge you 22 bucks for a watered down smoothie and a mostly bread sandwich. I used to go here almost every day when I worked downtown. I can understand the price increases but the quality has gone down so far I wonder if it's got new owners.

Must. Go. Here. I asked peers, best espresso in town? “You have to try Motivo” Also recommended- the Gibraltar if you love Espresso Also I had one of the softest most delicious cookies at a coffee shop. Great place, great atmosphere, outstanding coffee. Really reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.
