Original Joe's

Should be called Unoriginal Joe's. I took my two kids out for a late lunch here. Nice layout, nice and spacious, upscale restaurant perfect for 20s - 50's crowd. The menu appeals to pretty much everyone. Lots of choices. From Asian-inspired cuisine to good old fish n chips....or even kid friendly chicken strips. Ok service. Delicious slightly dirty Caesars and standard pricing. One problem is the portion sizes. We got 15 tasteless fries... Not even salted. And after inquiring if that was normal, the server graciously brought out another plate of fries for us. The burger was small and nothing special. A&W is more impressive honestly. My fish tacos were alright but again... Not a lot of flavor. My daughter had chicken tenders and they were again... Devoid of flavor. If you want drinks and appies this is a good place for it. For a great dinner I wouldn't bother. Nothing Original about this food or venue.

Ordered our favourite for pick up tonight! I completely understand when restaurants are having a busy night, no worries at all, but I was waiting for my food for a good 20ish minutes and by the time I got home (I live under 10mins away) it was cold and the meat was dry when I went to eat it! Not worth the money tonight :(

PROS: • Friendly and efficient waitress • Nice location with view over Kelowna • My soup was complimentary as the kitchen screwed up my calamari order. CONS: • Acoustics are terrible, it is very loud in the restaurant OVERAL IMPRESSION It’s a nice restaurant if you don’t mind the noise level. Some sound baffles would help. A large patio is available as well.

Absolutely horrible. What a disappointment. Ordered the Dynamite Tempura Shrimp, Dragon Boat Lettuce Wraps, A.C.E Burger and Beef Dip. The food took forever to arrive, was cold and had a hair in my girlfriend's Dynamite Tempura . When politely asked about it, the female manager, Casey, came over and was nothing but rude and belligerent to both of us. We will never go back there.

Fairly standard food options with fairly standard flavours. I'd like to try more of the menu. I don't expect exciting flavours or options here, but if that's what you're looking for then this is a great place! The food is satisfying and filling and enjoyable, and the service is good! Great quality restaurant!
