Watercress Vietnamese Restaurant

Satay Pho with jasmine tea for lunch today. I am so glad I finally made it in to Watercress Restaurant! Delicious food and wonderful, welcoming service. I even had the opportunity to have a lovely conversation with the owner. With no fresh basil to be found in town, fresh parsley was a decent substitute. Supplies, as we all know, can be tough to come by these days! Thank you for a wonderful meal, great conversation and excellent service! I will definitely be back!

I had a 2-month visit to Kamloops which is a lovely town from my experience and i was blessed to find out this best gem in this town for Vietnamese food If you do not know about this restaurant, you will miss your best food in life. When you come here, please MUST try the magic number 15 on the menu, even Vancouver will not have this dish and i am sure that you will love this 15 on the menu for sure. Good broth, fresh meat and the taste is magical I am always honest in my review and i am back to Vancouver now which i really miss this place, so if you are in Kamloops, you are lucky, my friends.

Drive all the way to the restaurant and they say they are close at 1:35 PM. The business hours on Google and on their front window said 11 AM to 8 PM. At least stay updated about your business hours and dont waste people’s expectation and time. (Not sure how the food is. Will post about the food when I finally get to try their food)

It was decent for our needs. Not very busy, pho was good. Kids enjoyed their food and there was a good amount of pick up orders(always a good sign). The decor is much to be desired but times must have been difficult. Hope the place will stay open. It was the only pho place we were able to find in the area.
