Ahh Yay Wellness Cafe

I get the Mayan maca hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookie often as a little treat, and their lunches don’t disappoint. Particularly the walnut taco salad. Pictured here is the My Thai chicken salad, also good! The staff are incredibly friendly. I thoroughly enjoy my conversations with Jorgia. It’s nice having healthy options for lunch! Thank you!! I do wish it was open past 4pm, but can’t have it all.

The food was incredible. My partner and I were blown away by the quality and how nourishing it was. I also got an iced green tea, which I normally wouldn't get anywhere because most places just don't get it right (despite it being so simple) and it was SPOT ON what I wanted. Had a dessert bar too and it was scrumptious. The price is a bit higher but it is easily reflected in the quality and thoughtfulness put into each item.

Recently tried out the Cafe during my hospital stay after having my 3rd baby. What a great option this is to have over hospital food. I ordered the deep roots bowl - fresh, flavorful, variety of texture and the dijon maple dressing was incredible. Highly recommend! This food fuels you and successfully makes you feel human again!

Revolutionary! A very welcoming space for anyone who is celiac, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and paleo!! The own Natalie was very friendly and the variety of food was amazing to see! My husband had the Thai wrap and commented on how nourishing it was - wholesome was his words. I had the V & GF Veggie Mulligantawny soup with a gluten free bun - the soup was deliciously rich with flavour and the bun had been warmed up which was a nice heated touch! To finish with dessert the brownie was also V & GF and was made with açai - perfect sweetness! A wonderful meal that makes your tummy say “AHHYAY!”
