The older Lady coughed while my food was in front of her face around 1:45pm may 17th. Also asked for it to go and it was brought to eat in, that's when she brings it back and coughs on the way to get it ready for me to go. 🤢 Also, what's up with this nasty looking hot sauce covered hot sauce? I'm grossed out now, and won't go back. Simple mistakes made by simple people

Was happy to see the hand washing station available for patrons. What I wasn't happy about was the very rude customer service at the front. The employee had an attitude when asked a few questions about some of the menu items. We ordered 2 tacos as it was buy one get one 50% off on Tuesdays. Also ordered a burrito. The food was pretty good. And the wait time was okay. Was it worth $30+ for the food we got, not really. Unless they address the attitude of their front of house person we will not be returning. Also they didn't care about a Vaccine passport for done in.

Food was made quickly and tasted amazing. What especially stood out though was the staff while also being very friendly, I overheard an employee mention that one of the online orders didn’t have hot sauce added but maybe they forgot to click the button, so they added it anyways just to be safe. It’s the small details like this that stand out to me and show a level of care and consideration for guests to properly enjoy their meals even if it’s a faceless person ordering through a computer. Truly shows the mentality of a local business.

I was just outside their location preparing some documents at the picnic table, and overheard two employees talking about another. In an incredibly judgmental way, in public, outside, with lots of people passing by. After a good 4-5 minutes of having no choice but to hear what they're talking about, one of them starts talking very rudely about anxiety, and the person they were talking about having it. I spoke up, and articulately, but politely told them that if I was the owner of that establishment I'd be reprimanding them; not the new employee probably on probably their first job ever that they were so rudely talking about. I ended what I said with "Remember only small minded people talk about others." To which one of them responded with "Small minded people listen to other people talking.". I for one will NEVER eat at this establishment, and wouldn't if I'd just listened to what they'd said and walked away. After that interaction I wouldn't even consider it. This was witnessed by multiple people. I told them I'd be following up with the owner about this too, because their behaviour before we interacted and after was absolutely unacceptable. Also, never forget there is NO reasonable expectation of privacy in public.

Although the interior is decidedly very tired looking it’s comfortable and relatively clean, I arrived after lunch and most of the tables hadn’t been cleared or wiped down, the staff was friendly and service fairly fast no one checks on you once you’ve received your food and the only staff I saw were the ones bringing food to people, none were engaged in any cleaning or removal of dishes etc from tables. The food I received was tasty with huge portions and reasonable-pricing delivered simply wrapped in paper with no fan fare or accessories, one needed to visit the salsa bar for sauces or salsa to enhance your items. Not a bad experience but a little sedate, I kind of hoped the staff would have been a little more excited about the menu and possibly also would have recommended extras including desserts

Senor Froggy right in the downtown Kamloops is a signage u don't miss walking by ! We explored the menu board outside and it looked exciting, but we waited for the right day to be here and hungry to savour their delicious. Finally today was the day and after long shopping day we landed up here . A well decorated Mexican cuisine restaurant with couple of Italian delicacies. Ordered Beef Baja Tacos , Chimichanga and chicken Alfredo pasta . When the food landed on our tables it was so eye appealing that our eyes popped out with a wow expression . Everything tasted so good and couldn't be better . The last time I had such good food was in Windsor with a soul touching food . The Baja Tacos were loaded with all the salad / Mexican meat mix / cheese . Chimichangas were dripping with fresh cream and guacamole. Alfredo chicken flavour was truly Italian . Best food I had in Kamloops .
