Got lucky! There was only 2 people in line ahead of us. Whenever I've gone before there has always been a long line but service is quick. Good, fast, affordable comfort food for the soul. Not fancy, only delicious!

Food kinda pricey for the same amount, but sometimes we buy cause then I get a break from cooking. ❤️ their Garlic Mahi Mahi Plate, Bbq Chicken Plate, Fries and Chicken Katsu. Always made to order Fresh & hot

uncle working at the counter was so fast at taking orders and getting them out great customer service! I had the chicken katsu curry made the mistake of getting the regular size and it was A LOT of food. small size is good enough for one person the portions and prices are reasonable definitely coming back when we visit next year.

Of all the L&L locations, this has to be theeee best! The guys here are busy but always friendly, and their chicken katsu sauce is da winnah!! No one else has this great tasting, awesome concoction! All the food here is a go-to when you're hungry!

After visiting the nearby botanical gardens I was starving and in need of some good food. This was the first time visiting an L&L restaurant and it is what got me hooked on the chain.
The menu is expansive with so many options to choose from. Between two people we decided on a "Bar-B-Que mixed plate" and a "Kalua pork with cabbage" meal.
The portion sizes were huge and it meant we had enough left over for dinner. Each meal came with rice, macaroni salad and the mains.
The Kalua pork with cabbage was delicious. There was so much flavour and it was cooked to perfection. They were very generous with the amount of meat in the meal.
The Bar-B-Que mixed plate included short ribs, chicken and teriyaki steak. Each was as delicious as the other but the flavour of the steak was a winner.
The person taking our order was friendly and efficient at what he was doing. The dining room is very casual and no frills.
I would absolutely recommend L&L for anyone in Hawaii wanting good food!

L&hell is sooo ono food get taste and da bugga cheap..plus dey load em..cuz da mini bahhs da jaw action....no sense go regz...da mini only missing 1 scoop rice..

This particular L&L probably has the best TONKATSU that I have tasted on Oahu, and maybe even in Japan, where I was stationed in the military. Their Tonkatsu sauce has to be the best I have also tasted!

Amazing portions and great service... Can't beat the value for the amount of food you get. The orange chicken is very tasty!

Got the Kahula problem and the flavor was amazing. Came with 2 scoops rice and a scoop of Mac salad which was also fantastic. no dine in available at this time.

It’s amazing! The portions are no joke HUGE! On the photo it’s a mini size and I couldn’t even finish it! Place itself does need some renovation but food is good! It comes with three pieces of chicken, salad, macaroni salad and rice.
