Brick Oven Pizza Kaneohe

My 1st experience there was with my grandson and his ohana was some place new for my husband and myself. Atmosphere was nice, warm and cozy family oriented environment. We ate, chit-chat and enjoyed each others company. What's kind of good is, that there's the bar separated by glass so they could enjoy there happy hour time. It gives everyone time to enjoy their surroundings. Anyway, when my son suggested to dine there, I happily agreed. You know the first impression makes a big impact to draw people back again, and wanting more of the experience. 🤗😄

We've gone here a few times and is slowly becoming our new usual place to go. The environment is great if you're into bar seating. Friendly staff, food so far has always been good for us. Some reviews say burnt crust but so far, we have not had any issue. Great beer, great pizza, and a great way to spend a late afternoon after a hard weeks work.

I've been making pizzas from scratch for years, so I love me some pizza. This was the best pizza I've had on the island so far. The crust is excellent: light, crispy, and airy. They braid the perimeter, or handle, of the crust which was unique.. I was disappointed in the appearance of their margarita pizza. It didn't have the classic look of red sauce shining through with a few dollops of fresh, white, milky mozzarella cheese sprinkled with basil. Instead, their version was sauceless and completely covered in cheese. I frowned when I saw it. Instead of a vibrant red sauce covering the Italian landscape of love, they diced fresh tomatoes on top of the cheese. I love garlic but it was a shade to much for me (others may disagree). Thank you for putting corn meal on the bottom! And for caring enough for your crispy crust to set thre pizza on a metal heat set ontop a classic silver round pizza tray. Details like that let me know these people care about excellent pizza. The dinner experience was great. It was a nice roomy size that gave it the feel of a pizza parlor. An experience I have not yet found anywhere else on ther island. I'll come again.
