Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza is average, but the employees are unfriendly. I asked, "Do you have napkins?" to which they replied, "we're all out." Hmmmm, you think they could've used some critical thinking to solve this problem? Did they even care to solve it; I doubt it. I asked, "do you have any paper towels in the back?" Eureka, guess what they had? A perfectly fine substitute which they ought to be offering all their guests. Even worse, you have to ring a bell because they're hiding in the back instead of serving in the front. Poor customer service. ‐---------- On a separate visit a different lady was 10x nicer. She was kind and had the Aloha Spirit. Therefore, I'm upgrading from 2 starts to 3. I might update more, but the owner gives a terrible first impression. Who wants to see a sign like this when you walk up? "The more you put in the more you get out" was the quote I think the Papa John's owner advertises here. That sloppy looking sign contradicts that claim.

Placed an online order for delivery at 12pm. Currently 25 minutes late. No one called to inform Me if the delay so I called them. No answer, then called again, no answer then it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I’m hoping we get or order today to sees our staff. In the lease, contact the customer to inform them of the delay and let them choose whether to cancel their order or wait. Very unprofessional.

Always late and always cold. And not just a few minutes late... Like 45-60 minutes late for delivery. Total delivery time is usually 2hrs. They always call and say they're one person short tonight and they're sorry. If you're always one person short, make a hire. This isn't a one time occurrence. We tried to give them a chance but this is our third and last time ordering.

This place is terrible and it's a shame because other Papa John's are at a different standard. I've ordered from them on multiple occasions due to proximity and my order has been late over an hour on two instances or made very sloppily or inaccurately. When i called to try and fix the issue the first instance they would not answer the phone even though they were open for 2 more hours. The next day when I got in contact with someone and explained the situation they said the manager was not available and they would issue a refund which never happened. The last instance I was told I would recieve a call back from thw absent manager and never recieved a call. Very unprofessional and I love papa John's in mainland but I won't be ordering from this one at all anymore.

I only ordered a slice, but while I was waiting there was a female worker in the back with blonde dyed hair that was yelling at the other workers. The pizza is great and I love going there. I believe that they should either get the worker to learn to be nice to her coworkers or they should fire her. Having a worker, she was not a manger I asked, in fact any employee yelling rude things at a coworker is bad for the business. If I heard her yelling then the other costumers that were sitting eating their meals probably did too.
