Chick-fil-a

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially for chain fast food restaurants but I’m just so impressed with the level of service this location offers! They literally made my day. I had gone to get breakfast here and when I got home I realized my order was wrong. I normally would just move on with my life but I called their location and the manager immediately picked up and took care of it! I picked up my replacement order this morning and there was even a little something special. They really treat their customers like humans and honestly they made my day! This is the only Chick Fil A I am going to from now on! Thank you guys!

Oh how I love me some chick fil a! This store is always on top of their game! Service is fast and friendly, food is always great and the atmosphere is calm. I was in and out in the drivethru as I had to get my son to school. The team there quickly got my order, prepared it and off I went! Thank you for being a staple of Katy, TX and for having such a wonderful team!

Great location. The staff is always friendly and they are super fast. I placed a curbside order and they left out one of my items. (Gave me a chicken biscuit in place of a chicken sandwich). It's no big deal. Everyone makes mistakes. I went back inside and they gave me my missing item and also apologized for the mistake. Great staff. I hope they keep it up. Thanks.

I just ordered for my family at the front counter and the customer service was impeccable. Great staff that greeted me with an enthusiastic tone and there was also no line! Special shout-out to Phoebe for taking my big order and Estuardo for bringing my food out within 5 minutes of my order. Great place to eat at for sure.
