We're coming here en route to hear my friend playing in a band. We got there, were warmly greeted, and were seated by Jeff and he didn't let the grass grow under his feet. He was on the ball with a sense of urgency to get our order taken. He listened and nailed getting our food to us. Everything was perfect and we definitely will come back.

Everything was perfect. We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Everything was great from the server to the food ( everything was impeccable!!) the food was all perfect!!! We had a party of 5 and when I say all the food was freshly cooked. Believe me. I’m very particular about my food. I was impressed.

The staff was extremely attentive, fast, and friendly. The bathrooms were very clean. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade and I can say Hanna was a great server.
The food was good but what I remember the most was my fajita steak slices being tough to bite and chew. I think it was cut the wrong way. Other than that everything was perfect.

Chili's on Westheimer Pkwy here in Katy knocked it out of the park today. Waitress took out order promptly, and drinks showed up less than a minute later, chip & dip came minute after that, and within 5 minutes, our burgers 🍔 came. We were in and out within a hour.👍😃

Went last weekend and enjoyed our dinner and drinks. Always good food and drinks. Our waitress was great also. Will definitely go back and soon.

First time having the salmon and it was superb! Paired well with jalapeños asparagus and broccoli! Plus Jessica was a very friendly and attentive bartender!

First of all, we are happy people and we see always the good. We had great yummy food and Matt was great friendly server. We travel in a RV full time and we visit many restaurants. Chillis is one of our favorite places and we will visit again soon. Thank you. 💯👍🍀

This is one of a kind Chili's in that it doesn't follow the nationwide eye-catching color scheme of its exterior which you can recognize from afar. Having said that, its interior follows the same sports theme where you have bar on one side with more TVs and the general dining area on the other with fewer TVs. The foods and services are on par with the best such as those of Mason Road location. I enjoy coming to this location for meals.
